Shelley Widhalm engages
in all types of writing,
from poetry, stories and novels to writing news and magazine articles, freelance writing, corporate writing and public relations. She writes because she has to: for her, it is like breathing. She says, “I breathe in images and experiences and breathe out the magic of how words wrap them up like bubbles that pop when I catch them. The popping is like ink on the page that begins telling a story…”
Shelley has written a novel, a memoir and a collection of short stories and is working on her fourth full-length work, a work of fiction based on a true story of finding meaning in a corporate layoff. |
